Man Stabbed in Twin Falls, Flown to Boise Hospital
TWIN FALLS, Idaho (KLIX)-Police say a Twin Falls man had to be airlifted to a Boise hospital after he was stabbed Monday night, one person is in custody.
According to Twin Falls Police, Derek Black, 34, of Twin Falls, is facing a charge of aggravated battery and is behind bars for the Dec. 30, stabbing on the 100 block of Polk Street. Officers responded at around 8:30 p.m. to the report and found an adult male with stab wounds to his upper body.
The victim was first taken to St. Luke's Magic Valley Medical Center before being flown to Boise. The investigation is ongoing.
