The store is family-owned and operated and was started by a couple, Shad and Kyla that are both multi-generational Idahoans. Together they bring a true Idaho to feel to the shop and even have their three sons help them. The store is themed after the high country and even their drinks are named after Idaho local landmarks. They have the Borah latte, Fairfield Fog, Ridge Runners, and Mud Creek, named after a creek in Buhl, that is a shake made with Oreos. They are so dedicated to remaining local that they will have Dawson Taylor coffee and Clover Leaf Creamery milk.
