The four of us (Kendra Wolfe, Chris Kai, Boomer, Heather) nailed down our New Year's Resolutions.  What's yours?

The Salt Lake Tribune reports that "losing weight" is the most common New Year's resolution.  Their key suggestion is to be specific & set achievable goals.  Instead of "read more", they might suggest instead to, "Read one hour every Monday night."

I feel the Tribune would be proud of us:

"I've done the weight loss thing and I rocked it. Ive lost 20 lbs and kept it off. What's next? Flossing. I've had braces and I whiten my teeth regularly but I NEVER floss. It's gross I know.  So my resolution is to floss three times a week.  I've already started and I've kept it up for two weeks now.   Boring? Yes, but doable."

"Mine is to take the clothes off of the elliptical machine, and actually start using it for its intended purpose! Also, to start saving money for a trip. We’ll see how that goes."

"Be slightly less sexy.  It's a burden to always be the center of attention on account of your good looks.  Some people are cursed with gluttony... others are stricken with alcoholism... I've been sentenced to a lifetime of raw sex appeal.  It's time to make a change, and give all the other men around me a fighting chance."

"Only taunt men three times a week.  Last year it was five.  The year before, seven.  Fingers crossed."
