For Idaho fans of the fall season and October's celebration of ghoulish pride, an annual Halloween shopping experience should return to nearby locations throughout the state very soon.

Halloween might still be a dozen weeks away or so, but plans to open the country's most popular fright-themed store have already begun throughout the United States.

Every August for years now, the old, abandoned Shopko building in the Magic Valley Mall at 1649 Pole Line Road East has come back to life with rows of masks, makeup, decorations, costumes, props, and more. Spirit Halloween should be opening its doors soon in Twin Falls.

Several of the stores have already opened in select cities in the U.S. for the 2025 holiday season, according to Spirit Halloween.com. There is currently no banner hanging above the entrance of what has been the Twin Falls location for a long time, but we can expect to see it any day now.
