Last night the Disney channel debuted a new sneak peek of their upcoming villain origin film 'Maleficent' during the premiere of the TV movie 'Cloud 9.' We're not entire sure what the difference is between a "sneak peek" and a trailer, but we do love the charming intro, featuring footage from the original animated 'Sleeping Beauty' film, which transitions beautifully into the live-action

Disney's 'Maleficent' trailer turns the tables on the classic story of 'Sleeping Beauty' and retells it from the vantage point of the wicked witch. And who better to play the title part than Angelina Jolie herself?
