Sure, it's got sword fights and dragons, but if you're wanting to take 'Game of Thrones' to some next-level nerdery, this fantastic artwork is probably the ticket. Yes, it's the series' beloved characters drawn in anime fashion. We've seen the show in the style of 'Friends' and 'Seinfeld,' but this drawing by Deviant Art user Joscomie, is a tad more relevant. Meaning, we could actually watch this.

We've been mourning the sad loss of 'Calvin and Hobbes' ever since cartoonist Bill Watterson stopped producing the beloved comic strip in 1995. But apparently the strip hasn't gone completely forgotten, since a piece of original 'Calvin and Hobbes' artwork recently broke a record at auction by selling for hundreds of thousands of dollars.

This makes a lot of sense -- it's a sculpture of Honey Boo Boo, made out of 25 pounds of garbage. We see some I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, and a box of spaghetti. Looks like maybe some Snuggie packaging is in there too. Every now and then, a lost work of art from one of history's greatest artists turns up in a garage sale or secondhand store. Some lucky buyer pays just mere pennies for something that's potentially worth thousands or more. This time, the store itself is the one profiting off a famous painting.

Artist Juliana Santacruz Herrera was fed up with Paris’ pothole problem. So, like any upstanding citizen, she did something about it. Only in this case, instead of contacting her local representative, she took the matter into her own hands by knitting multi-colored plugs and filling in the crevices herself.
