KETCHUM, Idaho (AP) — One dog has died and another is injured after they were apparently attacked by a mountain lion in a subdivision south of Ketchum.

JACKSON, Wyo. (AP) — Wildlife officials say the Casper man who was maimed by a bear near Jackson had been calling for elk before the attack.

HELENA, Mont. (AP) — Yellowstone National Park officials say they euthanized a grizzly bear after DNA tests confirmed it attacked and killed a hiker last week.

HELENA, Mont. (AP) — Yellowstone National Park officials say preliminary autopsy results confirm that a hiker whose body was found last week was killed by a bear.

Yellowstone National Park is a beautiful place to visit. You can watch geysers erupt, see wild animals in their natural habitat, see the grand canyon of Yellowstone, enjoy hiking, go rafting, camp and much more.

As if it the movie Jaws didn't already scare us enough to go out into shark-infested waters, this weekend's events has us second-guessing if we should ever go into an ocean again!

Yesterday afternoon there was a vicious dog attack near Wendell Ave in Twin Falls. Two dogs were involved. One was captured right away and the other was captured hours later. Both dogs are currently being held at the Twin Falls Animal Shelter.
