Some incredible footage was shared on October 12, 2021, from KREM 2 News. It shows a series of photographs of the lights taken in eastern Washington and northern Idaho.

I fear that this close to Christmas that the many well-lit houses in our area might outshine the lights on the horizon.

The video is actually pretty peaceful to watch during the day too, but you won't see the Aurora during the day.
