breast cancer awareness

Early detection saves lives.  It's that simple.  So ladies get out there and check your breasts monthly and once you hit forty, get a mammogram once per year.

One in eight women will get breast cancer in their lifetime.  That sucks.  Those statistics hit right here locally and the whole point of Bras Across The Canyon is, don't let anything stop you from living.

This Thursday, I challenge you to give at least ten bucks to the charity that you are passionate about.  Then pass it on.  Challenge everyone you know to do the same! Idaho Gives kicks off this Thursday (May 2, 2013) in Twin Falls.  I already know that I am donating to the St. Luke's Health Foundation specifically for breast cancer awareness and I'm challenging you to do the same!

Bras Across The Canyon was last Saturday, but the inquiry continues.  Yesterday a fellow radio station in the Blackfoot, Idaho area (Newstalk 690 and 1260, East Idaho's Talk Station) interviewed me about Bras Across The Canyon and breast cancer awareness in general.
