Someone must've heard the world crying for a new phenomenon, because recently the internet has been set ablaze with fascination for the Harlem Shake. Videos of college campuses -- and now firemen -- performing their versions of the dance have ripped through our search engines and YouTube streams. Among them all, this one might be our favorite.

That Harlem Shake thing is really catching on. We hope it's the next 'Gangnam Style,' although that's mostly because these videos are only 30 seconds long. This version of the Harlem Shake features actual firemen in a fire truck. The thing we're left wondering though is why do so many people own full body costumes, and how are we in the part of the population that doesn't...

Of all the things people make videos of themselves doing, we have to say this is probably our favorite. It's more entertaining than planking, and doing a Google image search for it isn't nearly as traumatizing as it was for milking. These days everybody's doing the Harlem Shake.

As you've no doubt heard, Barack Obama was elected to a second presidential term last night. We have a feeling he's feeling like this right now:

LMFAO has announced that they are going on a "hiatus" (yeah, that's what our parents said too), which means somebody else will have to step up to fill the void left behind at grocery stores that play inappropriately upbeat music. Let us remember these party monsters as they would have wanted -- by watching the comical videos they've inspired.

You listened to your parents when you were a kid because it was life or death: eat, sleep, brush, clean yourself, close your mouth when you eat, stop saying that Kendra! Oh sorry, had a flashback. But when you get to a certain age, there are times you need to NOT listen to your parents.
