The driver of a Pontiac sedan struck a semi-truck stopped alongside the interstate Sunday afternoon near Hazelton that slowed traffic headed west for several hours.
A two-vehicle head-on crash south of Hazelton late Sunday night killed a 24-year-old man and sent a juvenile by air ambulance to an east Idaho hospital.
The rehabilitation of Idaho Highway 25 from Eden to the interstate begins on June 1. Crews will be working from milepost 18, which is about four miles west of Eden, to Interstate 84 in Jerome County, according to the Idaho Transportation Department.
