Data is a funny thing because you can take the parts you like, that apply to you, or that make you look better, and portray it as the full information.

No city or town in the Magic Valley makes it in the top ten best places, yet Post Falls, Rexburg, and Chubbuck make the grade.

For some reason, there is a company looking for someone to move to the worst place in America.

There are two ways to look at this. You can be happy or you can be mad that more people moved to Idaho last year than just about any other state. I have a sneaking suspicion how many Idahoans will feel about this great news.

Idaho has been named the safest state in the country - almost. Homesnacks has a breakdown of all the states and we landed nearly at the top of the list. So very close.

Remember the last time Idaho towns were ranked according to what they're like to retire in? In that one, Burley was #1. A new list has been released and Burley isn't even in the top 10 now. But, 3 Magic Valley towns are and one of them is now #1. What would be your guess?

You would think that being called nice would be a compliment. However, when it's coming from Homesnacks, that's not necessarily the case. If you watch the video, you will realize this is the typical backhanded compliment we get from these guys.
