In a new interview with Esquire, Keith Richards blasts his band's old rivals the Beatles, and slams their 1967 masterpiece Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band to boot.
Falling out of a tree was enough to convince Keith Richards to give up cocaine, but he's managed to hang on to a few of his other favorite pastimes — including smoking a daily joint and bugging Mick Jagger.
"My body left the car," wrote Richards. "I watched it all happen from 12, 15 feet above. You can leave your body, believe me. I'd been trying all my life, but this was the first real experience of it."
