Soy and almond drinks that bill themselves as "milk" may need to consider alternative language after a top regulator suggested the agency may start cracking down on use of the term.

When I think of Hercules, I think of Kevin Sorbo.  Yes, I'm ashamed of that.  However, after talking to Zan, now I think of the "Hercules" monkey and how it cracks nuts all day.  Kinda like me.  :-)
