The Twin Falls City Park is constantly busy in the summer months. The park hosts everything from Western Days, to Ice cream Fun Day to Art in the Park.

Yellowstone National Park is a beautiful place to visit. You can watch geysers erupt, see wild animals in their natural habitat, see the grand canyon of Yellowstone, enjoy hiking, go rafting, camp and much more.

Helping a child at a park just seems like the right thing to do, right? Apparently, this isn't always the case. Last month, my family and I were at a park in Washington. A little boy approached me and asked me to lift him onto a swing.

Shoshone Falls has been looking pretty sad the last few months with minimal water flowing over the falls. In the next few weeks Shoshone falls will change dramatically. Water flows will increase due to the annual fish flush.

Last night was our final soccer game for the kids this season up at Sunway Soccer Complex. After their game we went over to the brand new First Federal Bank park to check it out and play. That park is awesome!

I know times have changed - but when I was a kid I would leave the house in the morning and not come home sometimes until dinner. Apparently today that is child endangerment! Recently a mother was arrested for letting her 7 year old son go to the park alone.

The kids are out of school for the summer and the Twin Falls free summer lunch program for kids has begun. This is a great program to ensure that all kids get a good lunch each day even though they aren't in school anymore.
