SPOKANE, Wash. (AP) — Idaho Gov. C.L. "Butch" Otter and Attorney General Lawrence Wasden have filed a lawsuit to stop the Coeur d'Alene Tribe from offering poker at its northern Idaho casino.

WORLEY, Idaho (KTVB) -- The Coeur d'Alene Tribe in northern Idaho plans to offer poker after deciding Idaho's constitutional ban on the game doesn't apply to the tribal-owned casino.
