A 73-year-old Blackfoot man drowned Thursday morning in the Portneuf River east of American Falls.

Power County authorities say a 31-year-old man ran from a deputy during a traffic stop west of Pocatello Wednesday morning.

Authorities say a 41-year-old man was struck and killed by a train near Pocatello on Monday.

Power County authorities say a semi-truck driver was not seriously injured this morning when the truck he was driving ended up on its side spilling a sticky mess on an Idaho interstate.
