TWIN FALLS, Idaho (KLIX) – Close to 350 Idaho Power customers were without elecrtricty for about an hour Thursday afternoon due to a problem with a fuse.
IDAHO FALLS, Idaho (AP) — A utility company says two crows triggered a power outage in mid-July that knocked out service to about 100,000 customers in three Western states.
If things are suddenly dark in Buhl, we think we know why. According to KMVT, power is out for over 1,400 customers after a vehicle hit a power pole. The accident happened at 321 Clear Lakes Road.
As of 6pm, approximately 7,752 people between Rogerson, Hollister, Wendell, Buhl, Twin Falls, and areas in between are experiencing a transmission outage.
6:18 PM: Idaho Power is reporting a power outage that is effecting about 650 customers, this includes street lights that are not operational. The following areas are effected:
UPDATE: As of 3:18 pm, Idaho Power reports that the power has been restored to the affected areas.
The Idaho Power Company reports 1,649 customers in Jerome and Gooding are without power this afternoon due to an accident.
