We're not gonna pretend we're objective. We're quite partial to the Snake River Canyon. Judging by what you've shared on Instagram recently, you agree. In fact, we think our beloved canyon is the best thing on Instagram.
A BASE jumper injured his leg when jumping off Perrine Bridge Thursday. The Twin Falls County Sheriff's Office resounded to the call a little after noon. The man jumping was from Florida and packed his own chute, but Deputy Sheriff Stacy Gorrell does not know how many prior jumps he has done.
I would like to have 5 minutes alone with a national website. Let's pretend that it's not weird that I want to kick the butt of a website. But, there's a big one that just listed Idaho's best natural attractions and they completely blew it.
Now that the weather is good and hot, many of us scurry into the canyon to enjoy the beautiful nature that God has given us. But, it's a good reminder to make sure you know your snakes before you head into their native place.
I have a bone to pick with the rest of the world. Do a search for "best canyons in America" and see what you find. I'll save you some time. What you won't find is a mention of Snake River Canyon anywhere.
I love Shoshone Falls and the Perrine Bridge, but frankly, I've seen enough drone videos of them to choke a horse. That's why I got all giddy when I came across this new drone video of the Snake River and Hansen Bridge.
