Why Does it Appear I Hit Most Lights Red?
When I’m driving to work early mornings I don’t see much in the way of traffic and most mornings stop at only 3 lights (I count).

It looks like those of you who travel near Golf Course Road will be happy, well maybe?? KMVT reported that the Idaho Transportation Department plans to install a stoplight at the intersection of U.S. 93 and Golf Course Road.
