Tourist Attraction

Idaho is home to one of the most disappointing and overhyped tourist attractions in the country.

A few months back I wrote that it was overrated. I have recently revisited and would like to update my stance on the infamous rock.

The Arizona model cost $30 million to construct, so maybe a smaller scale one in Twin Falls would be more realistic. While many residents wouldn't be very welcoming to the increase in tourist traffic, the city already draws thousands of visitors a year to Shoshone Falls and the Perrine Bridge.

According to the site history, some guy looking for access to a geothermal pool created the geyser on accident after he drilled into the spot more than 80 years ago.
