two bowls one kitty

This is Fidget, one of our beloved dumpster kitties, I mean barn kitties (the boss prefers me calling them this).  Anyways, these cats have been here forever and are supposed to keep down the rodent population.  However, I have a sneaking suspicions that they are just freeloading and eating all the cat food.
