
Text Puts Jerome School Into Brief Lock-Down
Jerome, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KTWT-TV ) - The Jerome High School went into a brief lockdown this afternoon. According to Dale Lane the Superintendent of the district said that the lockdown was precautionary after one student sent a threatening text to three or four other students. That text was sent at 11:55 am. The students notified school personnel who immediately called police. Authorities are now investigating. At 12:32, the police issued the “all clear” allowing the students to continue on with their schedules.
