It seems rivalries aren't just for rappers!  According to AntiMusic.com:

Lars Ulrich says a great deal of the rivalry between Metallica and Megadeth in the 1990s was generated by the press – but it became real after he and Dave Mustaine appeared together in Some Kind of Monster.

Basically, during 'Some Kind of Monster', the two discusses how Mustaine got the boot out of Metallica and according to Dave Mustaine:

[T]hat was the darkest moment in the thrash musicians' relationship.

Word is the two got high together and are now buddies again.  Seriously.  :-)  Find out more about how you too can resolve your relationships like Lars and Mustaine HERE.

Ozzy & Sharon

It boggles my mind when Rock Stars don't pay taxes and DUDE the IRS will find you!  It's round 1 and Ozzy and Sharon Osborne VS the IRS.  According to TMZ, Sharon and Ozzy Osborne...

[O]we more than $1.7 million to the IRS in back taxes... this according to documents obtained by TMZ. The IRS filed a document last Monday with the L.A. County Recorder's Office, claiming Ozzy and Sharon owe $718,948.25 for the 2008 tax year, and $1,024,175.03 for 2009.

How does that happen?  Oh right, it's Ozzy, the fact that he's still breathing  right now is a miracle.  Find out more HERE.

And U2 kicks ass again!  They've broken a record, which was once held by the Rolling Stones.  U2 now holds the record of the highest-grossing tour of all time!

Sunday, April 10, U2 will officially break the record with their performance at Sao Paolo's Morumbi Stadium. At that point, the 360° tour will have fetched more than $558 million.

And their tour ain't over yet!  Actually, the Irish rock stars will be in SLC on May 4th!  Find out more at our Events Page.  Find out more about U2's record from AntiMusic.com.

And now for something Guns N' Roses can't be late for...NO, not their funeral.  Today is their anniversary:

On this day in 1988, Guns N' Roses shot the video for their song "Sweet Child O' Mine" in a ballroom in Huntington Beach, CA.

"Sweet Child o' Mine" was Guns N' Roses' third single from their blockbuster debut album, Appetite for Destruction and was released in the U.S. on August 18, 1988.  This bad boy was GnR's first and only #1 US Single and landed on plenty of "All Time Best" lists.  Find out more about where to send the anniversary gift HERE.
