Twin Falls Fire Chief Under Investigation by City, Paid Administrative Leave
TWIN FALLS, Idaho (KMVT/KSVT) - Twin Falls City spokesperson Joshua Palmer confirmed to KMVT that Chief Tim Soule was placed on paid administrative leave Tuesday.
Soule will remain on leave pending an investigation by the city.
Out of respect for Soule the city isn’t releasing any more details at this time, but they did say the investigation is not criminal in nature.
In Soule’s absence the three battalion chiefs will be running the day to day activity of the fire department with the help of the Deputy City Manager of Public Safety Brian Pike.
Soule was hired as fire chief in October of 2016.
