Twin Falls Intersection Will Close After Memorial Day

TFID - The City of Twin Falls will close the intersection of Blake Avenue and Heyburn Street beginning 8 a.m. Tuesday, May 27 to prepare the roadway for repaving. The work is expected to be completed Thursday, May 29.

The intersection will be open to local traffic from 5 p.m. to 8 a.m. during the construction process, however, much of the roadway will be gravel until contractors can lay permanent asphalt.

Pavement on a section of the roadway was removed earlier this year in order to replace a deteriorating lateral crossing.
