Upcoming Solar Eclipse Idaho’s Last Chance To View Until 2029
A solar eclipse will be shading a path through northern Mexico, central and eastern parts of the United States, and portions of Canada in early April. The event will offer states in the West like Idaho a partial view of the passing of celestial bodies, and won't align for another of its kind for five years.
Who doesn't love a good eclipse? It's an opportunity to get together with family and friends and marvel at the universe and all its infiniteness. We get to wear ridiculous, cheap paper shades too.

I still have fond memories of the total solar eclipse of 2017. It happened during one of the last road trips I got to take with my father before he passed away. I remember pulling off the road in the Nevada desert somewhere between Ely and Elko and taking a few minutes to gaze above with my old man. I snapped a picture of him laughing and wearing a pair of those Walmart eclipse glasses that cost less than a dollar; it was cool getting to share the experience.
