The nominator said he fosters children and provides a stable and safe home for as long as they need it. The nominator said Jeff is a real life version of a hero to the community.

According to the nominator, Ashton Brown is a mother of 4 boys who faces challenges every day with an autoimmune condition and epilepsy, but that doesn't let that slow her down. According to the nominator she makes sure that she is always there and pushes herself everyday to make sure her children have whatever they need. The nominator said she never misses an opportunity to donate to local charities, buy food for strangers and attend school functions.

According to the nominator, Tiffany Painter is one of the most amazing and selfless people they have met. Tiffany fosters many children throughout the years while going to school and working full time. The nominator said even after they leave her home she continues to care and talk with her fostered children making sure they have Christmas and birthday presents. The nominator said we need more people like her in this world.
