Idaho Bigfoot sightings have been relatively few and far between in the past decade. A recent video posted by a Gem State couple shows a large, dark form walking the shoreline of a river which has some wondering if this could be the state's first sasquatch recording of 2024.

The lore of Bigfoot has become an international fascination for some. I'm of the opinion that sasquatch don't exist, but that doesn't mean I'm right. Alleged sightings are shared every year online by people who claim they're authentic, and people also stage such interactions in attempts to get their videos viral.

When zooming in, the form does appear quite large, and in dark clothes or fur, but it could easily be a hunter in gear. Perhaps it's a fly fisherman wearing his/her water gear.

I've spent many years camping in both Idaho and California. California is the state where the original, 1967 Patterson/Gimlin footage was recorded in Bluff Creek. If such a creature does exist, it only makes sense it would still be wandering the Pacific Northwest somewhere, and Idaho has a great deal of wilderness where such an animal could thrive and remain unseen.

A recent YouTube short out of Idaho was uploaded by a couple who were on a sightseeing trip when they recorded something unusual wandering a river bank at an undisclosed location in the state. The channel @outasightgear shared the recording and the video's narrator claims the couple was on a train at the time and claimed they believed it was Bigfoot.

What do you think the Idaho couple recorded that afternoon?
