Taxes are due in just a few weeks and for most people that should be exciting. Most people you talk to will say that they did their taxes and got some money back. But they don't always seem excited about it. Why?! You just got money that you didn't have before (granted it was your all along but for the sake of a story here) so you should be stoked that you can go spend some cash!

A new study says that the reason a lot of people aren't excited about their returns is that they don't get to do anything fun with it. 68% of people getting a tax refund this year will use it to pay off debt while only 2% plan to spend it on something fun, like a vacation or shopping.
