‘The Protester’ Named TIME Magazine’s ‘Person of 2011′ [IMAGE]
This year, the iconic Time Magazine Person of the Year cover slot goes to “The Protestor,” a conceptual idea meant to indicate men and women around the world, particularly in the Middle East, who have agitated for change.
This selection was made from a short list of notable individuals, including Kate Middleton, Congressman Paul Ryan and Admiral William McRaven, the commander of the raid that killed Osama bin Laden.
