RUPERT, Idaho (KLIX)-A Magic Valley man accused of rape of an underage girl is facing new charges of violating a no-contact order and intimidating a witness. According to court records, Minidoka County Sheriff's Detectives arrested Jeffery Few on December 27 and booked him into the Mini-Cassia Criminal Justice Center on the new charges after he was accused of texting the alleged victim in a separate rape case filed in early November. Detectives said in the charging documents that the mother of the victim told them Few had texted the teenage victim wanting to talk to her in person and told her to say the two did not have sex. He said he wanted to tell the teen about his plan. The investigating officer asked to use the victim's phone to determine the intention of Few and agreed to meet at a Burley restaurant where he was arrested a second time.
