Jerome, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KSVT-TV ) - Big Ed Beckley has submitted his application to Jerome County asking that he be allowed to jump the Snake River Canyon.

Folks have been responding all week to the City of Twin Falls denying Big Ed Beckley the chance to jump the canyon. The jump would mark the 40th anniversary from Evel Knievel's original jump back in 1974.

Tonight at 4 PM (November 21, 2013) the public is invited to weigh in on the Snake River Canyon Jump. The meeting will be located at O’Leary Middle School in Twin Falls.
