Tonight at 4 PM (November 21, 2013) the public is invited to weigh in on the Snake River Canyon Jump.  The meeting will be located at O’Leary Middle School in Twin Falls.

While Big Ed Beckley has already purchased the airspace above the jump site to the tune of $943,000.00 other jumpers have expressed interest in jumping and they will get their chance to plead their case tonight.

According to NewsRadio 1310:

Each applicant will get 15 minutes to present their proposal. The city council will then take time to ask applicants questions. The public will be given 2 minutes to comment on the proposed jump.

This is surprising to me since I've seen this letter, from the State Board of Land Commissioners to Beckley Media, LLC which I'll paraphrase:

The Jump Lease includes the leased state lands and airspace. ...  The Jump Lease is intended to authorize Lessee to control the leased lands and airspace, including the placement of cameras and other electronic devices... to the exclusion of any other persons or entities who might seek to use the leased state lands or airspace in a competing jump over the Snake River during the term of the Jump Lease.

To me, the above letter means that Big Ed Beckley has the rights to jump the Snake River.  I'll let Big Ed Beckley fill you in.
