Twin Falls Council Signs Off on Airport Contractor
TWIN FALLS, Id ( KMVT-TV / KSVT-TV ) The Magic Valley Municipal Airport will soon be getting a facelift. The city council Monday evening awarded the terminal expansion and remodel project contract to Peterson Brothers Construction in the amount of nearly four million dollars. An FAA grant offer of just over one point six million will be used to begin construction next spring.
This will be the first of three grants throughout the construction process. The council has also approved to select JUB Engineering as Joslin Field's engineer for FAA airport improvement projects.
