2 Hagerman Swimming Holes Named Among Idaho’s Best

This is great, but also a little confusing. Two Hagerman locations have been called out as some of Idaho's best swimming holes. One I completely understand. The other not so much.

Only In Your State mentioned both Ritter Island and Malad Gorge in the 8 Little Known Awesome Idaho Swimming Holes list. Everyone knows about Ritter Island, right?

It's the Malad Gorge mention that threw me off. Don't you think it's a little shallow for swimming? To their credit, they mention it in their story. The also mention that swimming in this area is a relatively new thing, so maybe I just don't get out of the house enough.

I'm always happy when places in the Magic Valley make a 'good' list, so no complaints here. But, I don't think I'm gonna try diving at Malad Gorge anytime soon.
