Former lead vocalist of Black Flag and Rollins Band, Henry Rollins, begins his tour this week that includes 40 US dates through October.

Rollins' upcoming performances will be a combination of his music and photography from years of world travel, according to his official website. Dubbed, "The Travel Slideshow," Rollins will be incorporating his archive of photographs taken from all over the world into his show.

Henry Rollins first rose to fame as vocalist for Black Flag, a California rock band that formed in the mid-eighties. He would later leave the group to form the Rollins Band in 1987. He has also appeared in more than 20 films, including "The Chase," opposite Charlie Sheen, and "Bad Boys II," with Will Smith and Martin Lawrence.

Rollins will perform October 17, at The Egyptian Theatre, in Boise. For more details, click here.
