I feel like I use this line for a lot of things, but this time...this time, it might actually just be true: IT'S THE MOST WONDERFUL TIME OF THE YEAR.

Beer lovers and winter lovers, rejoice! The Pray For Snow Winter Ale Fest has returned to the Treasure Valley and it all happens this coming Saturday!

If you can believe it, this years festival is the SEVENTH annual and it seems like every year that I have made it out, the event just continues to grow and improve. The event, which is held in the parking lot behind StrangeLove in downtown Boise, off of 6th Street and Grove Street, hosts snow exhibits and over forty breweries from the Pacific Northwest--many from right here in the Treasure Valley, too! With each brewery bringing along kegs of various ale's, there's a drink for everyone being offered at this amazing beer festival. Of course, with lots of beer comes the need for food--and there will be some great offerings from The Shed and Bar Gernika.

Tickets are on sale right now for just $30 and that gets you a glass to take in to the festival and fill up as much as you would like with all of the different types of beers. If you walk-up, tickets will be $35...so save yourself some cash and buy in advance!
