Idaho State Police responded to a crash on U.S. Highway 30 and N 3400 E on December 17 at 8:06 a.m., west of Kimberly.

Police say 19-year-old Payton Goff was driving a Chevrolet Colorado southbound on N 3400 E and stopped at the stop sign where the road intersects Highway 30.

Goff then pulled out onto the highway in front of a Ford Expedition driven by 33-year-old Kristian Turner, of Hansen, which impacted the pickups drivers side.

Goff was taken by ambulance to St. Luke's Magic Valley Regional in Twin Falls. There was one juvenile in Goff's car and they were both wearing seatbelts. Turner and the two juvenile passengers in the Ford Expedition were also wearing seatbelts.

Idaho State Police were helped at the scene by the Twin Falls County Sheriff's Officer, Magic Valley Paramedics, Rock Creek Fire Department and Air St. Lukes.

The crash caused the road to be blocked for about three hours.
