TWIN FALLS, Idaho (KLIX) – The College of Southern Idaho will hold a four-day series for high school juniors and seniors, June 13-16 at locations in Twin Falls and Hagerman.

There is no cost for students to attend the Discover Science workshops, as costs are being paid by a grant from the NASA Idaho Space Grant Consortium, according to information from CSI. There is, however, a cap on the number of students who can participate. The program will accept 32 students, who must have a GPA of at least 3.0.

The deadline to apply is June 10.

The program is open to students planning to attend college and major in a STEM field – Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math.

Location of the workshops will be the CSI campus in Twin Falls and the CSI Veterinary Technology Small Animal lab downtown and at a Snake River site in the Hagerman Valley.
