BURLEY, Idaho (KLIX)-A convicted felon is behind bars accused of robbing a Burley bank more than a week ago. According to the Cassia County Sheriff's Office, Kacey Fisher, was arrested in Twin Falls for the Feb. 10 robbery of the D.L. Evans Bank in Burley, he is currently being held in the Mini-Cassia Criminal Justice Center.

According to the sheriff's office, the suspect had walked into the bank and demanded money, he got away with an undisclosed amount of money on foot. Fisher has spent time in federal custody for previous bank robberies.

Sheriff Jay Heward said investigators followed several leads from the community that resulted in the arrest of Fisher on Feb. 18. The U.S. Marshal's Office and Twin Falls Police Department assisted in the investigation.
