Triumph, IdahoHer athleticism is as unique as her name. She joined the US Olympic Ski Team at the tender age of 15 and finally took home the gold medal in the 1998 Winter Olympics in the Super G event.

Boise, IdahoArmstrong is a two-time Olympic gold medalist in the women's cycling event. She may have been born in Memphis, Tennessee but she spent a lot of time here in Idaho. She trained at the Boise Family YMCA and even attended the University of Idaho.

Boise, idahoPeterson, better known as "Speedy" was a three-time Olympian. In the 2010 Vancouver Winter Olympics he won the silver medal in freestyle skiing. Sadly, his life was cut short on July 25, 2011 because of a suicide. This Boise born Olympian is still missed today.
