Former Twin Falls Businessman Sentenced on Spice Charges
Pocatello, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KSVT-TV ) - U.S. District Judge Lyn Winmill sentenced Twin Falls Resident Allen Nagel to five years supervised probation in a Federal District Court this Friday morning.
Winmill said that Nagel will face prison time if he violates his probation. He was fined $500. The sentence stems from Nagel selling Synthetic Marijuana. His original charge was conspiracy to distribute a controlled substance.
Court records state that Mr. Nagel is 45 years old, has three children and is married to co-defendant Stephanie Nagel who recently appeared in Court for sentencing on her matter following a jury trial and conviction.
Stephanie Nagel was granted probation at the time of her sentencing. Mr. Nagel was charged by indictment in July of 2012.
