The Twin Falls Public Library is now offering classes to help pre-school age kids ready for kindergarten. Ready Set Kindergarten is starting up classes this week and it is completely free.

All events at the Twin Falls Public Library are free, so why not take advantage of what they have to offer right? If your child is looking at starting school and they aren't enrolled in pre-school this is a good option for you. The library says that each session children will learn a new letter and a new "kindergarten-readiness concept" plus of course, numbers.

They also say that at the end of each session you can take a sheet that acts almost as "homework" so you can work on some of the things they teach at home. The classes are also only an hour and a half so your littles shouldn't have too hard of a time staying focuses and retaining information.

Classes begin on Wednesday January 8th at 10:30 a.m. and go until noon, you can also attend the evening Ready, Set, Kindergarten on Thursdays at 6 p.m. if that works better for your schedule. The hope is that parents that have different schedules can still take advantage of these educational opportunities. They have classes scheduled out until May 20th.

The best part is you don't have to pre-register or sign up. All you have to do is show up. It is a no pressure, no commitment and completely free service.
