Idaho Chickens May Be Plotting How To Kill You
If what I'm reading is correct, you may not want to turn your back if you have chickens in Idaho. There is a good chance that they may be planning your demise, even as we speak.
If you're a chicken fan, don't blame me. This is a story being reported by The Telegraph. They revealed this chilling chicken revelation.
Scientists have found they are capable of greater logical reasoning than children, have distinct personalities, and even exhibit Machiavellian tendencies.
Machiavellian? I remembered that term from something I was forced encouraged to read in high school. Don't remember it? I'll let the Merriam-Webster dictionary website translate:
suggesting the principles of conduct laid down by Machiavelli; specifically: marked by cunning, duplicity, or bad faith
The researchers found that chickens would call other chickens to alert them to food that wasn't there. That's a dirty chicken trick if I ever heard one.
To add insult to chicken injury, it turns out our feathered Idaho friends are also an emotional mess. Check this out.
They also experience a range of complex negative and positive emotions, including fear, anticipation and anxiety.
If The Young and the Restless suddenly starts hiring chickens, now you'll know why. I know that I will never look at KFC the same way again.
