This is the time of year when people start pulling holiday totes out of the attic and begin getting homes ready for company. For those who don't have a lot of decorations of their own, you don't have to break the bank to impress family and friends.

For those who need to start over with decorations, or want to add some new ones around the house, there's one store Idahoans can check out that presently has some really cool inventory that's very inexpensive.

I've lost track of how many times I've stopped by our local Dollar Tree in the past two weeks to hunt for inexpensive holiday decoration ideas. At first, I was just looking for some stuff for my office space at work. I've spent well over a hundred dollars there since they released Christmas decor.

From candles and holiday beads to LED lanterns and wrapping paper, you might be surprised at just how much cool stuff is currently on the shelves at the Dollar Tree.

I recently had my holiday work party and stopped in for a couple of candles for my white elephant gift. They have a massive inventory of candles right now, and most are $6 or less.

The best thing I've found this month at the store has been the LED, mini wood burning fireplaces. I brought mine to work, and a co-worker asked me about it. Now, she has one on her desk too. I own four of them now.

I will say, they go fast, so put it in your cart as soon as you see one. The best part is, they are just $7.
