What Would You Do? Miss Your Flight To or From Idaho

What would you do? What would you do if you were set to leave Idaho or to fly back to Idaho, and somehow missed your flight? It happens every day to people, but has it ever happened to you? Fear and panic set in on if you will reach your destination, as well as the cost of getting there. What do you do? Where do you go? Who do you talk to? Where will you end up? These are all questions that likely would run through your head, and likely be doing so at the same time. The reason for missing the flight is irrelevant, because no matter what your flight has taken off without you. If you missed your flight, what would you do? 

Missed Flight to Idaho

Missing a flight home can be scary. You don't know how you will get home, how long it will take, or how much it will now cost you. There are options. You can stay in the town you are in, wait until the next day, and catch a new flight. You could fly to a nearby city, rent a car, and drive the rest of the way home. If you are set to fly into Boise, you could fly to Salt Lake City, or vice versa. You would eventually have to get your vehicle, but you would at least be home. You could hop on a later flight that day if it is an option, which would be ideal but isn't always available. Which option would you choose, or do you decide to stay where you are a little longer? 

Missing Flight Out of Idaho

Missing a flight to somewhere isn't as bad when you are leaving home. If there isn't an available flight out of town that day, you can at least go home and not have to pay for a hotel. The problem for many in the Magic Valley is that most fly out of Salt Lake City or Boise, and the driving back and forth isn't worth it. The worst-case scenario is that you have a layover and miss the connecting flight, leaving you stranded between home and your destination. These are the scenarios that you hope to avoid.

Flying is costly already, and having to spend any more money isn't ideal. The hope is that when you book a flight everything goes according to plan, but if something comes up and miss a flight in or out of Idaho, what would you do?
