Is This Southern Idaho Nurse Who Served Time In Murder Case Back In Healthcare?
Many still recall the 2018 murder case of a Colorado mother who disappeared days before Thanksgiving. By the time the facts were gathered, shockwaves directly linked to the incident were felt more than 700 miles away in a Southern Idaho city.
Kelsey Berreth was murdered by her fiancé Patrick Frazee with a baseball bat just days before the Thanksgiving holiday in central Colorado, seven years ago. The story made international headlines after Frazee and a female accomplice, from Hansen, Idaho, attempted to cover up the crime.
Is Krystal Lee Kenney Back in Idaho and Working in Healthcare Again?
The woman who assisted Frazee with disposing of evidence, including the deceased woman's cellphone, Krystal Lee Kenney, hasn't been heard from publicly since being released in March of 2021. Kenney testified against Frazee in the case.
Kenney served less than three years for her involvement in the homicide, which included driving from Twin Falls, Idaho, where she was a nurse, to Berreth's home more than 750 miles away and helping clean up the gruesome crime scene.

I was discussing the case with a couple of healthcare professionals in the state recently and was taken aback by what I was told. A rumor has gotten around that Kenney is back in Idaho and possibly employed by a private healthcare facility that isn't affiliated with any state hospital. This might not be accurate, but this is what some Idaho healthcare professionals have heard through the grapevine.
I'm a believer that if someone is found guilty of a crime and serves the time handed down by a judge after a case is decided by a jury, then that individual has a right to re-enter society and proceed with his/her life free from intimidation and harassment.
If this is true, do you believe that Kenney should be given a second chance, seeing as she served time for the crime?
