Reporters were split on Friday between calling Redbox's blunder the "worst" and "best" mistake ever made.

A man in Rocklin, CA rented Smurfs 2 from Redbox and claimed to be "disturbed" when the crappy movie he rented turned out to be even crappier 1980s porn.

Redbox says this is a growing problem where people photocopy the barcodes and CD labels, then replace children's movies with pornography.  Redbox says they're working on a fix, but let's be honest, pretty much the first thing Americans do with any new technology is use it for sexual pleasure, so, it's pretty safe to say they'll find a way around the fix.
