Money Is Money – Unless It’s All In Ones?
A California Little League is broke...But only because they will not accept a $1,200 donation from a strip club.
The Little League manager mentioned that they can't accept the money because they are a family-orientated club. The manager even went on to mention that each year they do a family-friendly event to try to raise money. Raise money? They must not raise enough if they're broke.
Some parents didn't care:
"Whoever is willing to get behind the kids in a positive way, you know, we have to be willing to support those people as well," mother Tanya Dempsey said.
And I agree. Money is money! Do you agree? Oh wait, here's their long term goal:
Their long-term goal is to raise $65,000 to build a hot dog stand that can help keep the league going.
But you can't even make your short term goal??
